[2018-03-13] 超学科主题式学习,为何让师生如此着迷?

How does learning environment meet the need of inquiry? Lucia conducted a workshop about learning environment supporting inquiry learning. The outlines of the workshop are the function of environment, visual markers of a PYP classroom, how does environment related to PYP and Class Characters and Action plan. Through brainstorming, sharing and mind maps to present what they understand, all the attendances got a better understanding about environment construction.

教室环境怎样满足学生探究学习的需要?3月5日晚,华碧国际部唐志婷老师(Lucia)进行了单元探究开题前的专题培训《支持探究学习的教室环境建设》。她从“教室环境建设的功能” “PYP教室‘刚需’”“如何体现项目特征和班级特色” “Action Plan”几大板块内容引导全体老师通过头脑风暴、思维导图、看、想、问、评等形式展开讨论学习。

Grade 1 kids will make inquiries based on the central idea “Understanding the properties of air allows people to make practical applications,” under the Transdisciplinary theme “How does the world work.” The key concepts are Function, Change and Reflection.

国际一年级超学科主题《世界如何运作》,中心思想:对空气属性的了解有助于人们对它进行实际应用;核心概念:功能、变化、反思。

Grade 2 kids will make inquiries based on the central idea “Signs and symbols have effects on human's daily life.” under the Transdisciplinary theme “How we express ourselves”. The key concepts are Function, Form and Connection.

国际二年级超学科主题《我们如何表达自己》,中心思想:标志与符号影响人们的生活;核心概念:形式、功能、联系。

Grade 3 kids will make inquiries based on the central idea “Human migration is for meeting challenge, crisis and opportunity.” under the Transdisciplinary theme “Where we are in place and time”. The key concepts are Causation, Change and Perspective.

国际三年级超学科主题《我们身处什么时空》,中心思想:人类迁徙是为了应对挑战、危机和机遇;核心概念:功能、变化、联系。

The kids are going to construct the central idea of their inquiries from different perspectives under the guidance of the teachers. Please keep an eye on the progress made by kids in HBIS.
